Ordering and Delivery Time

The following information outlines expected delivery times.

Australian Deliveries:
Region 4 DVD, Region B Blu-Ray, Games, Consoles & Accessories.

Australian titles ship either from our Victorian office or Gold Coast warehouse depending on availability. We are an internet only company and do not have a storefront for item pickup. All purchases are posted by Australia Post. The shipping method will depend on the size of your parcel, we use a combination of regular parcel post, receipted delivery and eparcel for deliveries.

Expected* delivery times are:
Nth/Sth Qld: 2-6 business days
Vic/NSW: 4-6 business days
SA/TAS: 4-7 business days
WA/NT/remote areas: 5-10 business days
*The above times are an estimation only, many outside factors can affect international deliveries, your order may arrive faster or slower than the quoted times.

US Deliveries:
Region 1 DVD, All Region Blu-Ray, CD, Vinyl LPs
We offer highly competive pricing on a large range of hard to find US DVD, Blu-Ray and Music releases. All US titles are sold in AUD$ and are GST exempt.
US titles will dispatch to you directly from our warehouse in California.

Expected* delivery times are:
Vic/NSW: 10-15 business days
SA/TAS/Sth Qld: 10-18 business days
Nt Qld/WA/NT/remote areas: 14-25 business days

UK Deliveries:
Region 2 DVD, Region B Blu Ray
We now offer competive pricing on a full catalogue of UK DVD and Blu Ray releases. Many of our UK titles are dual region coded for Australian playback.
All UK titles are sold in AUD$ and are GST exempt.
UK titles will dispatch to you directly from our partner in the UK

Expected* delivery times are:
Vic/NSW: 8-15 business days
SA/TAS/Sth Qld: 10-18 business days
Nt Qld/WA/NT/remote areas: 12-20 business days

Special Orders

If you require a rush shipment of an import title, or a bulk order please contact us. We will be happy to try and accomodate your requirements.
 
Postage Rates - International Customers (outside Australia)

Postage Costs will vary depending on your location and the parcel weight. To estimate postage just add your items to your shopping cart and go to checkout, you can enter your location and obtain a postage price there.
 

Order Status
We will always keep you informed of the status of your order. You will receive several emails regarding your order status:

Out Of Stock Items
Whilst we make every endeavour to carry ample stock of all titles at all times, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time. Most items are usually on order from the distributor and stocks are generally replenished within a week or so. Orders are filled on a "first come, first served" basis. Although you may have placed your order when an item was showing "In Stock" it may be out of stock by the time your order is processed if there are orders preceding yours.

Out of Stock and Pre-Order Shipping (Australian & UK titles only)
If your order contains several items we will not post the order until all items are in stock. If you wish to have the in-stock portion of your order shipped immediately please contact us, there will be additional shipping fees payable for this service.

When will my order be dispatched?
In stock items ship within 48 hours of your order being completed and payment clearing, we ship Monday to Friday for Australian & UK titles and Monday to Saturday from the USA.
If your order contains out of stock or pre-sale items it may not dispatch until all items are in stock. If you want in stock items to ship immediately please let us know and we can organise that for you, however each shipment will be charged postage separately.

Pre-Order & New Release Titles
Your purchase will ship by the release date indicated in the item description.

Occasionally there may be a delay in the release of some titles, this happens rarely but if there is a delay in release we will notify you by email with expected delivery times, a refund will be available if required in this situation.

Non Arrivals

If a parcel has not arrived within 30 days of shipping please contact us using your order number as the subject of the email.

We ask that you check with your local post office prior to this as at times they will hold a parcel without notification.
We take all care to ensure your parcel arrives well packed and within a reasonable time frame.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they supply full and correct address details including:
Suburb and postcode
Company name for business or workplace deliveries
Mail redirection services often do not include parcels, we take no liability for undelivered items if an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied
or if you have moved from the shipping address prior to the arrival of your parcel.

If a parcel requires reshipping due to incomplete, or incorrect addressing being supplied there will be another postage fee incurred.

 

Customs & Import Duties

Please be aware that BIG GameBox are not responsible for any customs or import duties.
These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and you should make inquiries with your local customs agencies.

USA: No customs duties but local taxes may apply

Australia & NZ: No customs duties or GST is payable on orders under $1000 for import orders.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of items to any country which we deem to be an unacceptable risk.
